Yup, I definitely agree – it totally helps me sleep. I get to sleep fast and have a glorious, uninterrupted sleep. I remember nothing upon waking which is awesome because I tend to have bad dreams Not sure about the weight loss part but the sleep part is awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

helps my sleep

I’m not absolutely positive but it does seem to help me sleep. It normally takes me half an hour to an hour to fall asleep. I’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks and it seems that it only takes me half an hour to fall asleep. Nothing major. Now the really nice thing is that it helps me fall back asleep. I’m a light sleeper and little things would wake me up and it may take another half hour to get back to sleep. I was sleeping on my sister’s couch for 2 days while visiting and there’s constantly someone waking me up but i just fall right back asleep. Nice!

cons? I dont wake up feeling especially energized. I wake up feeling like I normally do depending on how much sleep I get. Any weight loss effects? None that I noticed but that’s a bonus anyway.

Yes I would recommend this.

P.S. as a student going into the health field i did look up the ingredients and they are suppose to do what the bottle advertises; however, it is not proven that they work just that they have the potential to work.

Great Sleep!

If I think I will have problems falling asleep I use this product. The best use for it though is when I go to bed late and know I won’t be getting my full night’s rest. This product helps me to get quality rest in the little amount of time I have for the night. So it is great to use with absolutely no grogginess left over in the morning!!! The only side effect I have is very vivid or weird dreams with it.
